The best way to achieve optimal fit in our shoes is to do your shoe shopping in-person at Mast Shoes. A quick measurement and a few try-on’s is usually all it takes to get it just right the first time.
If you’re ordering a “refill” pair of shoes that were originally fit for you by us (thank you!), the size of your shoes can usually be located in one of the following places: printed on the underside of the tongue, stamped into the bottom of the outsole (usually euro sizes), or printed on the inside of the side of the shoes.
For styles you haven’t tried before, save yourself the hassle and frustration of returns by coming into the store for a fit and try-on. You have a MUCH higher likelihood of getting it right the first time (or getting it right at all). Online shoe shopping is just not very successful. That's why we're incredibly dedicated to keeping our business thriving with in-person fittings in our local brick and mortar shop.
If your feet have been aching more than usual, it's best to come in for a measurement and fitting. Our feet continue to change throughout our adult lives and this often effects your optimal sizing. We advise checking in with us for a measurement and fitting at least once a year (twice is even better)!
