Shipping policy

Shipping
Enter code FREESHIP during checkout for free shipping on regular price orders of $100 or more. We ship via UPS Ground, which takes 1 - 5 days depending on the destination.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 for orders under $100.

You will receive notification of the shipping/delivery method within 24 hours of your order (if you place an order during a time we are closed, you will receive a shipping notification on the next business day).

We do not ship outside the continental United States.

In-Store Pick Up
In-Store Pick Up is available anytime Tuesday - Saturday 10AM - 5:30PM. Walk in and let our host know you're here to pick up your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
For orders place online: when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order is placed outside of our business hours, you will receive a tracking number the next business day.

For in-store pick-up, you will receive a "Ready For Pick Up" notification when your order is ready. If you place your order during business hours, it will be ready within 2 hours (although we do aim to process them within minutes).

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the continental United States.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Merchandise (excluding gift certificates) purchased in-store or online may be returned or exchanged in-person within 30 days. Merchandise must be in original, unworn, re-saleable condition with original packaging. Please bring your receipt. For purchases made with credit or debit cards, the credit card or account number, expiration and code must be present for a refund to be issued.

If you'd like to exchange for something else. we are more than happy to assist you with finding an alternative that will work well. Please visit us during business hours for best results!

If you choose to ship your return back to us (we do not provide return shipping), be sure to include your name, receipt, and a phone number we can reach you in order to issue your refund.
